In the heart of the beautiful area of Two-Mountains, in Saint-Benoît, more precisely
on the row Saint-Vincent (predestined name, Saint-Vincent being the owner of the vine growers!),
One recently finds a vineyard (8 000 stocks) of family type. Its establishment was difficult because
the ground, formerly in waste land, was woven rocks. The equivalent of 100 trucksloads was extracted from it. The white dry wines, rosés and reds resulting from this calcareous soil located on a naturally
drained slope, are the result of an entirely biological agriculture (certification O.C.I.A.);a first in Québec!
